[LIFF] SDK able to send image, not able to access through bot content API #112

Hello,

According to the documents, I can send image through LIFF sdk (https://developers.line.me/en/reference/liff/#liffsendmessages())

That image resource is not accessible through content API (https://developers.line.me/en/reference/messaging-api/#get-content)

The offending content id is: 8364708307469

When invoked, API reports NOT_FOUND.
