Clean up solution files #33

Remove /Src/GoogleApi.sln
Rename /CodeGeneration.sln to be more generic

The existing solution GoogleApi, is messy and requires the full version of 
VisualStudio to open. CodeGeneration.sln is simpler and nicer

Actually http://code.google.com/p/google-api-dotnet-client/ also still suggests 
you to open the old "GoogleAPI.sln" -- This should also be changed.

I removed the obsolete Src\GoogleApis.sln solution and renamed 
CodeGeneration.sln to GoogleApisClient.sln.
Also updated the docs accordingly.
