Move new projects into the src\ folder #71

Some of the newly generated projects (NAntTasks, IntegrationTests, ..) are 
currently in top level directory. They should be moved into the Src\ directory 
instead.

GoogleApis.Tools.Codegen.IntegrationTests -> 
Src\GoogleApis.Tools.Codegen.IntegrationTests

Prefer moving the projects in Scr/ to the root folder and removing the Src 
folder.
