We think this repo (and masterlist-imgs repo) needs to be a private repository. There will be DES images and DES proprietary data.

Are these repo's private? Could we please make them private as soon as possible?

status: @campisano and portal crew are working on transferring ownership to @bnord so that he can make the repo private.
