Deploy production environment

First of all:

• [ ] Create a technical document with the production environment requirements together with the infrastructure team

Requirements (maybe split into several issues):

• [ ] test all features and look for pending treatment of errors
• [ ] implement loading feedback on all pages
• [ ] Investigate the possibility of using other machine but MS04 for production, preferably one that is able to submit jobs to the cluster
• [ ] Make the stable version of the service available online at https://pz-server.linea.org.br/
• [ ] Define adm database resource (hardware) --- Is DESDB4 too old? PZ Server will operate for at least until 2025.
• [ ] Define storage resource (hardware) for data products (Lustre T1?)
• [ ] The card "Pipelines" must be inactive with a "coming soon" message.
