I do believe 14.1 fails in the same or similar way as well

I have same issue and it was fixed by removing "TLSv1, TLSv1.1" in jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms configuration in file /etc/java-8-openjdk/security/java.security.

hi how do you apply this fix when running in a docker? as on my virtual machine cant seem to locate the /etc/java-8-openjdk/security/java.security file? thanks for any help!
edit // okay seems have to use directory from inside running container! also you will need to install editore from inside running container to edit the file
I edited the dockerfile with a command that should hopefully be editing the config to remove TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 from the list of disabled algorithms, I'm testing it right now and if that works out I'll make a PR.
Fix has been merged, please reopen if the issue persists.
