Migrate into github

Great project! and as a git tool, why not move to github.com:-), so that 
everybody can see it and make it easier for contributing and cooperating.

Thank you. We won't be moving to github, not any time soon anyway. Google Code 
isn't as slick, but I always preferred it; mainly for its simplicity and speed.

Google Code will go read-only in three months (August 24, 2015) so this issue 
should probably be looked at again.

Hi. We will move somewhere else. Most likely not to GitHub though. No final 
decision has been taken as of yet.
