Migrat Java builds from Ant to Maven #787

Currently Maven seems defacto to build Java projects replacing old Ant builds. 
I would like to suggest migrating from Ant to Maven.

I have created this issue as follow up to discussion on issues 468 (publishing 
to Maven repos).

If
https://github.com/hypertable/hypertable/blob/master/build.xml.in
is the only ant file in use it seems easy to replace it and I will give it a 
try.

I have started migrating java codes to a multi-module maven project over here: 
https://github.com/shakiba/hypertable-java

I have not tried to run any code yet but I have been able to build them at 
least.
