Increase crate versions in preparation for releasing v0.8.0 #2336

This is quite straightforward. I updated all the relevant links and bumped the versions of the following crates:

druid from 0.7.0 to 0.8.0
druid-shell from 0.7.0 to 0.8.0
druid-derive from 0.4.0 to 0.5.0

Is there a plan when to release the new version? I'd like to write some PRs for my issues in time.

The idea is to get it out sooner than later. That is, in a day or two.

However I see that there are several soon-to-be-landing PRs, so we might do a follow-up release later. Which is to say, it won't be as big of a problem to miss the 0.8.0 release, because the next one (either 0.8.1 or 0.9.0) won't take another two years.

I created a milestone for Druid 0.8 which tracks all the PRs that still need merging. Once those are approved and merged, this PR here will become unblocked.
