Inkscape 1.1dev supports it inkscape 0.92 not Screenshot from 2020-03-03 22-13-58

should render german or english not both

Isn't this behavior specific to switch + systemLanguage? I don't see anything similar in the docs for xml:lang

The image is still broken in resvg, so we still have to investigate the cause.
