Generalize functionality #1

Hi dear developer!

This seems like a useful tool, and I would like to be able to use it on generic data - not only exercise data. Could the interface (and variable names) be updates such that they are more generic?

Thank you for your request. The package is under development, so more features are to be added for sure. I have added your suggestion to the list for future updates.
