Show phantomjs install command in getting-started #25

I missed this on my first read through. Adding the command would make it stick out better.

Is npm a recommended install path for phantom? I normally use brew. Do they own the npm module?

I'm not really sure but seems like a lot of people use it. https://www.npmjs.org/package/phantomjs
