Host/port for lineman run displayed #292

It would be awesome if one of the last lines in lineman run was the host:port, because I run a bunch of local stuff and forget all the time. It might be in there, but I've scrolled up and not saw it, so it needs to be on the last ~20 lines when it starts up.

it is there, but the current bug in lineman's watch causes watch to be immediately invoked after run starts
