Version 2.4.4 in rubygems does not have Poland Marketplace ID #161

It seems that version 2.4.4 on Rubygems.org does not include Poland marketplace. How would you like to republish to rubygems? bump a version 2.4.5 and get it deployed to rubygems.org?

I would not want to fork this and use a version ahead of rubygems.
