feat: sementic name remove _chart

closes #232
semantic 으로 내보내는 color 내에 visual color 의 경우는 _chart 텍스트를 제거
- 컬러 자체로 의미가 있기 때문에 네이밍에 특정 기능을 제한하는 _chart 라는 텍스트를 제거 함
