Enhance cross-compile to use a button to compile for an ARCH/OS combo #111

I would like to be able to press a hotkey or click a button that would allow me 
to compile or cross-compile for a specific ARCH/OS combination.

I'd also like to be able to compile for a list of ARCH/OS combinations each 
time I press a certain hotkey or click a certain button.

My programs are almost always cross-platform apps built in a 64-bit Linux 
environment and used on Linux/386, Linux/amd64, Windows/386, and Windows/amd64. 
 I just recently started building for Linux/arm as well.  Having the ability to 
compile for each of those on demand would be helpful.

This depends on GoClipse doing cross-compile correctly as the ARCH/OS settings 
don't appear to actually have any effect presently (see Issue #99 for this).
