Error message for view department does not really make sense #5

image.png In this error message, the description for view-department does not make sense, as it does allow you to view department info but what does "in the displayed person list" mean? Might be confusing to users

This error message was supposed to read as "View the department information and the displayed person list", but we made a typo and accidentally wrote "and" as "in".
