As part of the new URL naming system we need, it should be possible to go to the 1-language view for any language just by typing in either its ISO code or Glottocode #130

http://lingweb.eva.mpg.de/sndcomp/language/fao should automatically redirect to the 1-language view for Faroese.
This means that the fao code should also be used to retrieve from the database the language family or study name to complete our URLs This means some changes to the database too. Where multiple languages share the same ISO code or Glottocode, only one of them should be specified as the default language for this code. This needs new fields in the languages table, unique in combination with the iso and glottocodes.

As noted by me in #188, I've run into trouble identifying the location of Glottocodes in our database. As far as I can see we currently link trough Glottolog via ISO codes. Are glottocodes currently stored in the database, and where would that be?

Thanks, an oversight by me. I thought this was in the Languages export tables, but I see I need to add a field to that. I'll send you a sample new file with a new field named 'Glottocode'.
