Add two new fields to the languages csv table, for speaker photos #331

Prepare the Languages csv data files with two new text fields, please? [Speaker Surnames] and [Speaker First Names].
Once you’ve done so, let me know and I’ll upload the new csv files to include them for Malakula. There’ll be no names for other studies for now, but I will put some names and photos up for the Andes, eventually.

I said originally that we might do this via the ‘contributors’ system, but in fact it makes more sense to keep those systems separate, and assign one speaker name to each language.

Progress on this issue:

When adjusting the database on the server I've just found that the backup procedure appears to have problems. I'll need to fix this now.

Fixing the backup procedure turned out to be an easy thing and it's running as it should again.

I've deployed the website with adjusted import procedure on the server. The import procedure now expects Speaker Surnames and Speaker First Names columns for .csv files for Languages_* tables.

I've changed my export to the new system too, and the new format file with the extra two fields has just successfully uploaded, it seems.

These names now need to be used as the caption (or hover tip) to the speaker photos, https://github.com/lingdb/Sound-Comparisons/issues/318 Please use normal order, i.e. first name(s) [space] last name(s)
