hrnet_w32_coco_256x192 setting #140

I tested mmpose with hrnet_w48_coco_256x192 model as shown in readme. It works very well but I would like to use hrnet_w32_coco_256x192 model. How could I change the settings for hrnet_w32_coco_256x192 ?
