Tasks with annotations could show a pill that symbolizes the presence of an annotation. The tooltip of the pill could display the list of annotations.
If the first annotation is a hyperlink, the pill could itself have the "link" icon and work as a link. Otherwise, a paperclip icon could represent a task with annotations.
