Changing the development stack to use:

• npm as package manager
• webpack to compile everything
• jest to conduct tests
• typescript for source code

Also, quoted string are now allowed to specify tokens in task creation. This was done by specifying the task add command format through a grammar. This change was tested via the added jest tests.
