update typo db schema and related code logic #48

create a new [sql dir] folder, [project root] --> [sql dir] --> [dump dir] / [updates dir] [updates dir] will contain all the db schema changes since 2014/07

This tkt will track all the typo db schema for a period of time

UserGroup.AuthnicationCode should be UserGroup.AuthenticationCode

All participant should be notified for this type of change. The one who opens this type of change may notify other participant and maintains the issue life cycle. This type of issue must be closed within one week to guarantee DB integrity.
