Multiple issues and requests...

First of all: Thank you fir this great work! Nice UI (I'm a Macfan:-)) and code is nicely commented. I like the Multiple Root feature a lot!

After a few hours of puzzling I manged to get thinks working with ELFinder client from the main ELFinder site and the ELFinder.Connector.Nancy via NuGet. The result is downloadable at GitHub: https://github.com/driekus77/FilePortal

My issues:

• Client side code is not a separate package. I had to rip it out of the PHP package. (Did I miss something?)
• The Nancy usage part needs documentation. I had to dive into the Connector code to get it working.
• With Readonly and ShowOnly both on I still manage to get files and directories renamed.
• With ReadOnly and ShowOnly both off I can't get Remove/Delete file or directory working (A flag somewhere?)
• A Windows network share as RootVolume is working but not when its a hidden share with a $ in e.g. "\hostname\c$"

My requests:

• RootVolume Settable Labels in stead of hardcoded last part of Path(?). This in order that I can show (Root)Folder names in a different name.
• Support for FolderLinks? So a folder down in the tree thats servering content from a Network share (folder). Maybe a special file like Windows does with a shortcut???

My bad and not paying attention: Found ELFinder.WebServer.Nancy and tested it with isLocked to true. Delete is working in this version, don't know why... Rest of issues and requests still stands.
