docs: various chores

Description

• [x] Reformat all the internal links - remove the /docs prefix and the file extension. This simplifies the writing process.
• [x] Add more See Also links and disable the page's Previous and Next buttons. Usually, these buttons are not relevant, I prefer to guide the reader manually by specifying the links that are more likely to be relevant in context.
• [x] Enable the remark-lint-code-block-style rule back (it was recently disabled, but it seems the reason is no longer relevant).
• [x] Minor changes to the sidebar and links structure.
• [x] Changes according to comments in the #2075.
• [x] Removed custom i18n t instance due to deprecation.
