In this PR I fixed saved_search.feature. The following problems that I fixed:

Sign out link was invisible, so Capybara can't find it
Cross Search crash when there is no result, because it doesn't be able to create the header with no result
There is no way to close the modal
In saved Search form when the name of search is not inserted It don't raise any error
There is no way to close "Are you sure?" popup
A lot of problems with CSV download
