Change link for videos in progress #23

In the English team, when we go to Videos=>In progress, the link in the browser says "transcribing". If possible, it should say something like "in-progress" or "in_progress".

Yeahh... but the method 'in_progress' already exists and its used to handle the videos 'in progress' from non-english teams. I chose to use the term 'transcribing' to describe the videos that are in phase of transcription/proofreading for the english team.

I will see in the future what can be done about it but once its just a link I think it won't be a big issue.
