Ability to manually add users on the Add materials pages #6

We need a mechanism on the Add new material pages to add assignments manually (not from database) when a person who handled a task is not in the database.

Switching over to the Add Users page takes us away from the Add Video area.

Ok... I dont think I get that. Do we need a field to input users manually saving only his/her name?

I believe so. If someone transcribes something and then donates it to LTI, they will not care to be registered. We will then need to identify them ourselves (manually add), along with some kind of note about the situation (transcription donation, in this case). This should be made possible at the same time that we add the project (either same screen or perhaps the one that appears after Saving the new project).
