We have compared our Methods with YaHS in the lastest version.

my gusee you did comparision puzzle with 3D-DNA pipeline, how about the result. I did a comparison between puzzle and 3D-DNA, there is more DNA fragments in puzzle

Can you provide any details, the scaffold size. The result depend on the parameters you set, for example, -s 10000 -i 6, this will results that any scaffold less than 60k (10000 * 6) will discard for scaffolding.
