Accept other alignment format #8

Hi,

Would you please make some modify to accept other alignment format, like bam, hic-pro matrix or other easy obtain results. Juicer pipeline is not so easy to use and was not recommended according to HapHiC authors.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the challenges associated with the Juicer pipeline and appreciate your suggestion. We will work on modifying the tool to accept other alignment formats, such as BAM files, HiC-Pro matrices, or other more easily obtainable results.
