[Feature Request] Related Content #7

Hello!

Listing related posts as "Related" or "See also" at the end of the post, increases user interaction. May be we should have Related Content in Er?

I am thinking more like BeautifulHugo or min_night.

I'm happy to add related content support into the theme, but will have to think about how to style the related section to fit into the theme. When I have time I might get down to doing this, or I'm also happy to review a PR
