Introduce Lanthanum Refiner, Crafting Enhancements, Funnel Support, and Version Fix #39

Description: Updated Fabric to the latest version and introduced the initial machine, known as the Lanthanum Refiner. This machine enables the processing of one raw lanthanum into two lanthanum without the need for energy or flux. Lanthanum Refiner can now be crafted using stone, raw lanthanum, and gemstone. Additionally, the Lanthanum Refiner has been enhanced to process raw gemstones. Implemented funnel input and output support for the machine.
