Should we add high-level terms for roles like patient, healthcare provider in OGMS, and where do we stop? #17

Per an analysis that someone gave Barry of discharge summaries, "patient"
is the 5th most common word (after excluding stop words).

OGMS should probably contain a high-level role or roles for health care
that people play such as patient, and healthcare provider.

But we need to be careful not to take it too far, or we'll end up adding
every specialty and subspecialty of physicians.  We probably need a
separate "health care provider ontology" along the lines of the federal
government's "Provider Taxonomy", which from an ontological perspective,
has flaws (plural nouns, "other", inappropriate logical disjunction, etc).

At SSFW09, it was agreed that patient and healthcare provider be added.

Proposal is on the table to add physician, but I worry that it will then 
necessitate
adding pharmacist, nurse, physical therapist, nutritionist, dietician, 
occupational
therapist, speech therapist, and so on.

As of OGMSv0.3, 'patient' and 'healthcare provider' will be added as roles. 
Proposals for definitions are welcome.

These might already be in OBI - check. If not they've been doing roles like 
this so you could submit/MIREOT

I couldn't find anything in IAO, but my guess would have been that IAO covers 
it. 
Not sure what kind of IA/ICE a record is (let alone patient record), but I 
don't see
the string 'record' anywhere in the latest iao_dev.owl file.

Could discuss on next OGMS call time permitting.
