Problem converting MA.obo to MA.owl

Tried to run adult_mouse_anatomy.obo through stand alone Oort tool
1. Open MA in OORT
2. choose RDF/XML default
3. Run converter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got OWL file but when opened, got a file with hundreds of children under 
"thing" (even when reasoned)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Old... 0.4. But me suspects its still a problem on latest release as the MA.owl 
file on OBOFoundry has the exact same issue.

Please provide any additional information below.

Ignore this. I'm a dummy.protege doesn't build part_of tree hierarchies.

Yes, it would be great if protege provided tree navigation for existential 
axioms
