mvn build of command line OWL tools on OSX files with missing file - cycle.omn #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded read-only set of sources
2. In appropriate directory issued command: mvn clean package
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Build fails during OWLTOOLS-core section on failed test. Test error: 

Failed tests:   testTransitiveCycle2(owltools.util.MinimalModelGeneratorTest): 
Requested resource does not exists: src/test/resources/cycle.omn

Verified that MinimalModelGeneratorTest.java references cycle.omn as resource. 
Verified that cycle.omn file does not exist in the download

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OSX version 10.8.5

Please provide any additional information below.
