Exsto SQL system lagging the server #10

At the moment every time Exsto updates, it really lags the server out and it 
needs optimising out.

Once MySQLOO becomes more stable, I'll switch to that.  I'm going to set up FEL 
to have 
optional support for threading some queries, which would eliminate the lag 
spikes that 
randomly occur that don't require return values.
