What is the issue/What are you trying to do?

What happens instead of what you expect? (POST LUA ERRORS HERE)
It's not a LUA Error, but it's just that stuff like this:

"If you are a cop, do your job properly or you could get demoted.
If you are a cop, do your job properly or you could get demoted."

They repeat.

What revision of Exsto are you running?  Before you even post this issue,
make sure you are on the LATEST.
I am on the latest, I use the SVN last updated 7 August

Please provide any additional information below.
If I play DarkRP with Exsto it's all fine and nice, but the DarkRP sends tips 
into the chat to help players out, such as: 

"Type /buydruglab to buy a druglab. be sure you sell your drugs!",
"If you get arrested, don't worry - you will be auto unarrested in a few 
minutes."
"Type /cook - to become a Cook."

They happen to repeat twice and come in different colours the first is grey the 
default of DarkRP and the second is lightblue I think that's the Exsto's advert 
but it's really annoying.

Note: This only works when the Exsto chat is enabled.
