It seems the syntax of the subprocess module changed in Python3, needs to fix.

This issue got solved. Still, the GRASS GIS window appears when running the CLM. Previously it used to appears when initialising and creating the back rasters and now it pops up only when initialising GRASS for a second in all Arc and Pro versions. This needs to fix.
