Curators can dynamically add new title types -- useful to display that as a label. Don't necessarily know the full set of types at any point in time, eg "Page Opening Title" (what even is that?)
Clarifying former title eg "Former Title (Getty)" isn't reasonable to generate from structured data
Similarly for other entities (nicknames of people / organizations)
Ease of use -- having to come up with lots and lots of labels is hard work
Provides an on-ramp towards classification. Add custom first and then find the right classification.
Similarly we should have referred_to_by on Statements, for the same reasons as Names per #510
E.g. to say that the name has a label to use with it of "Former Title"
Proposal is no, that should be
classified_as
notidentified_by
, but putting it to the community to consider.
