Evaluate Skohub Vocabs #4

Skohub Vocabs is a flat file publication system for SKOS vocabularies based in git repositories. This may be suitable to provide browsing views and resolveable URIs for LCD hosted vocabularies without having to set up a server such as Skosmos or Ontoportal.

Just for information, we are "close" to setting up a Vocab server for E-RIHS - it is going to begin as a controlled list hub for a range of terms used in the relation to documenting Heritage Science work, but may well expand from there based on interest :-) Once we have finished setting it up it will be at: https://vocab.e-rihs.io/ - it will be based on https://opentheso.hypotheses.org/
