COOS: StatisticalProduct and StatisticalDataset #6

These two classes correspond to GSIM classes Dataset and Product. Should we not look at them from a GSIM point of view?

Decided during May 7 meeting: close this issue and open two new issues to discuss the sub-classes of StatisticalProduct and StatisticalDataset, see #14 and #15.
