Classify GAMSO activities between Activity and Statistical Activity.

The Govern and Lead activity under the Strategy and Leadership activity area has examples of activities that could be linked to StatisticalProduct and StatisticalProgram. See "17. Activities under Govern and Lead include: ... Prioritise statistical product and service portfolio Define and manage statistical programme ..." The Corporate Support activity area has an activity Manage Statistical Methodology. The Production activity area covers the GSBPM. Apart from those I cannot see anything that is particularly statistical

Agree with making "Manage Statistical Methodology" as statistical but less sure about "Prioritise statistical product and service portfolio" and "Define and manage statistical programme"...

In old issue #10, only "Manage Statistical Methodology" and "Manage Data Suppliers" were decided to be "statistical". Although I am still not sure why "Manage Data Suppliers" is "statistical", at least all seem to agree on making "Manage Statistical Methodology" as "statistical"

IF we have to make A decision (a lot of capital!), I suggest we make "Manage Statistical Methodology" "statistical" as it seems like only one that everyone agrees on.
