Added text related to metadataFor, close #89 #91

I think there is still ambiguity on what the domain of metadataFor is. We give the example of financial study data used as metadata for consumer prices (by the way, it should be "prices" with "c"), but we seem to leave it open for any resource to be used as metadata for something else. Is that what we want? If that is the case, and since we say that the range is intentionally left open, we should probably say the domain is intentionally left open as well...

In the Turtle file, the domain for metadataFor is coos:StatisticalDataset, and the proposed text says "...associate a set of metadata to...". Do you think this is not clear enough?

I just think it leaves the door open for any resource to be "a set of metadata to". If that is what we want, then it's fine.

Not any resource: it has to be a coos:StatisticalDataset
