Which default prefix for a CV? #4

The draft version of https://github.com/linked-statistics/DDI-controlled-vocabularies/blob/master/SummaryStatisticsType/SummaryStatisticsType.ttl seems to miss a default namespace.

One possibility would be: @prefix : http://rdf-vocabulary.ddialliance.org/SummaryStatisticsType/ .

The files SummaryStatisticsType_Beautified.ttl and SummaryStatisticsType.rdf have this prefix now. Would it work this way?

Should a default prefix be defined, like sumstats?

Should the skos:ConceptScheme have a different name as the default namespace mentioned above?

SKOS Play (http://labs.sparna.fr/skos-play/upload.jsp) seems to work only with the same names.
