remove W3C references #232

It seems to work. Only the reference to the W3C logo is still there. After making a static version of the document (see #85), remove below body and first div "<a href="https://www.w3.org/" class="logo"><img alt="W3C" width="72" height="48" src="https://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/2016/logos/W3C"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;".

remove also near : '<abbr title="World Wide Web Consortium">W3C Document'

replace paragraph on copyright at '<p class="copyright">' with Copyright © 2019 <a href="http://www.ddialliance.org/">DDI Alliance</a>
