Find better names (and labels) for the hasDomainConcept and hasRangeConcept properties

hasDomainConcept and hasRangeConcept are not very good names. In particular, they may cause confusion with RDFS ranges and domains. I believe that the Neuchâtel model uses "source" and "target" for this, so I would suggest to rename the properties 'hasSourceConcept' and 'hasTargetConcept'.

This has been agreed upon during the teleconference on January 19, 2012. Ontology version 0.9.1 includes this update. I close the issue.
