XKOS Specs document missing CSS due to switch to https #136

@FranckCo The spec page at https://rdf-vocabulary.ddialliance.org/xkos.html is broken and is missing proper CSS

Most probably because ddialiance upgraded to https, and the respec javascript cannot be loaded in http (an https page cannot load a script in http)
