Consider adding xkos:score on xkos:ConceptAssociation #52

Automated terminology alignments algorithms often yields a score to the mappings they compute. Manual terminology alignement may also have the need to register a score on their mappings. It would be nice if XKOS included an optional property for that on xkos:ConceptAssociation.

There is no use-case in XKOS for a score property and this can be added by custom extensions;
