Terminology: classification item and concept #63

The terminology is sometimes confusing. The specification talks about both ‘concepts’ and ‘classification items’. In some instances, those two things are declared to be the same (e.g. in Fig. 3 and 6), but in other places they seem to be distinct entities, e.g. where in section 5 it is stated that a skos:Concept ‘represents’ an item. If there is a distinction between item and concept, this should be reflected in the model. If not, it should be stated that they are different names for the same thing.

Added this specific paragraph :

"In order to model classifications items, XKOS does not define a specific class; classification items are simply declared as instances of the skos:Concept class."

(Reopened because the sentence disappeared in v2)
