Again, a remark prompted by an earlier comment from Antoine Isaac in https://github.com/linked-statistics/xkos/issues/26

Are you aware of the progress made by Joachim Neubert since 2013 on his approach to manage the changes of Thesaurus over time (see references below)?

Could this be a "simple way" to recommend how to document while waiting for a fully tested and more complete solution adapted to the need of our community?
